Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role will suit an inquisitive Business Relationship Manager who can bridge the gap between IT solution providers and the Production floor users. The scope is manufacturing, but requests can be very diverse: one day supporting server obsolescence / upgrade, the other day installation of a business tool, the day after supporting tool interface issues.

How you will contribute to the team

Act as shopfloor systems consultant and collaborate with the digital department

Develop a solid understanding of the Production business processes, identify key performance drivers, success metrics, and the strategic roadmap (short term and long term) for the business and its enabling technologies.

Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IT solutions. Pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or gaps and propose solutions that align with strategy, ensuring feasibility, traceability, scalability, interoperability, and compliance meeting

About You

A willingness and curiosity to learn new technology, solutions and products. Pragmatic, solutions based mindset. Experience of prioritising tasks based on information rather than how loud someone is being

Background in managing one of the following into a manufacturing environment: ERP, Windchill, 3DX, Delmia, Apriso

Experience translating complex technical concepts into actionable business value

Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and negotiation skills to align diverse teams (IT, operations, engineering, security). Comfortable with ambiguity and change.

Not a 100% match? No worries!
