Job Title: Business Relationship Manager
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 + Commission (dependant on experience)
Lending Bridge specialises in bridging finance on buy-to-let and commercial properties. Lending Bridge works closely with clients to ensure their financial needs are met, helping them build their dream properties.
Role Description
This is a full-time Business Relationship Manager role located in Birmingham. The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for sales generation, managing client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and proposing suitable bridging finance solutions. This role will involve on-site meetings with clients, assessing loan applications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Financial analysis and risk assessment abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Experience in the finance or real estate industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
