About The Role

What does the average day look like?

On an average day, you will maintain turnover and property data records, reconcile tenant sales and rent information, and support billing and reporting activities. While carrying out data quality checks, investigating and resolving data issues, producing management reports, maintaining SharePoint sites and team mailboxes, and providing administrative, analytical and technical support to stakeholders across the Property business.

The Turnover and Billings team is a small, friendly and highly motivated team with a strong track record of success. It plays an important role in supporting accurate billing, effective turnover processes and high-quality service across the retail business.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment where teamwork, contribution and continuous improvement are valued.

Your experience and skills

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in a financial, analytical, or business support environment. You will be confident working with data, proficient in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications, and experienced in using business systems and SharePoint.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues, and experience producing accurate reports. Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of managing data using relevant processes and systems
  • Knowledge of assurance methods and reporting shortfalls to shape remedial plans for stakeholders.
  • Proven experience to multi-task
  • Experience of SharePoint administration
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) including excellent telephone manner
