Opportunity in Business Risk Management at Bank J. Safra Sarasin (Gibraltar) Ltd
An opportunity has arisen within the Business Risk Management function of Bank J. Safra Sarasin (Gibraltar) Ltd, a leading Swiss Private Bank focused on providing multi-asset investment management services to private and institutional clients.
This is a key role within the Business Risk Management team, working closely with the front office and other stakeholders across the Bank to identify, assess and manage business and operational risks, while supporting a strong risk and control culture.

- Supporting the review and assessment of products, services, and new initiatives from a risk perspective.
- Supporting the Bank’s Business Continuity and Operational Resilience framework.
- Contributing to the oversight and management of outsourcing and third-party arrangements.
- Performing risk and control activities across a range of business processes.
- Preparing risk reporting and materials for relevant committees and senior stakeholders.
- Supporting the identification, management, and remediation of operational and control issues.
- Working closely with the front office to provide practical risk guidance and solutions.
- Supporting process improvements and initiatives to strengthen the Bank’s control environment.
- Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline existing processes.
- Contributing to the development of a strong risk culture across the Bank.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives within the Business Risk Management function.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Bank to help protect the interests of the Bank and its clients.

Location
The role is based in London, with coverage extending across London and Gibraltar.
