Join the Festive Lights Business Sales Team
At Festive Lights, we help businesses transform their spaces with high-quality decorative, seasonal and outdoor lighting.
Our B2B division is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven and customer-focused Business Sales Executive to join the team and help us take our business sales to the next level.
If you enjoy building strong relationships, winning new business and finding the right solutions for customers, this could be the role for you.

As our Business Sales Executive, you'll play an important role in growing our B2B customer base, developing valuable long-term relationships and creating new sales opportunities.
You'll work closely with the Business Sales Manager and wider team, taking ownership of the customer journey from initial enquiry and quotation through to order, delivery and after-sales support.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Identifying, qualifying and winning new B2B customers.
- Proactively reaching out to prospective customers and generating new sales opportunities.
- Building and managing strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Growing existing accounts through excellent service and identifying additional sales opportunities.
- Preparing and processing accurate quotations and orders from enquiry through to delivery.
- Providing outstanding after-sales support and resolving customer queries professionally.
- Communicating confidently with customers by telephone, email, live chat and video calls.
- Using our CRM system to manage customer activity, opportunities and account information.
- Keeping up to date with market trends, competitors and industry developments.
- Identifying new products, customer needs and opportunities to strengthen our B2B offering.
- Representing Festive Lights at customer meetings, exhibitions and trade events.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Consistently working towards and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is energetic, commercially minded and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proven ability to generate new business and develop existing accounts.
- A customer-first mindset with strong commercial and problem-solving skills.
- Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- The confidence to work independently while being a positive team player.
- A proactive approach and genuine desire to learn and improve.
- Resilience, enthusiasm and the motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in lighting, interiors, electrical products, construction or a related industry would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
