Role Overview

RedoQ is seeking a high-calibre Business Sales Executive to drive our physical footprint across the UK market. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Operating directly in the field, you will serve as the face of RedoQ, converting local takeaways and restaurants into modern, digitally driven partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and secure partnerships with high-potential independent restaurants and takeaways, achieving a target of onboarding a minimum of 10 new partner venues per month.
  • Meet restaurant owners in person, conducting rapid digital audits of their current setups to highlight operational bottlenecks where RedoQ’s EPOS and ordering systems can drive immediate ROI.
  • Perform precise, rapid cost-benefit calculations on the spot, deliver clear and customized quotes, and professionally negotiate terms to secure win-win commercial agreements.
  • Act as the primary champion and trusted advisor for business owners, seamlessly handling queries, overcoming tech objections, and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Gather vital localized market intelligence and C-suite/owner feedback to advise RedoQ’s product developers on upcoming software enhancements.
  • Maintain impeccable sales pipeline records on our CRM, ensuring all client agreements and orders are entered with precision for long-term nurturing and support.
  • Regularly connect with UK sales managers and colleagues to share strategic wins, refine pitching approaches, and align on expansion campaigns.

Top Skills You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent real-world success in a fast-paced field sales environment).
  • Must have a valid UK driving licence and own a reliable car for daily field travel.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the natural charisma to build immediate trust with diverse business owners.
  • The ability to move far beyond a generic sales script, identifying deep operational "pain points" (e.g., high third-party portal fees, slow table turnover) and matching them to our tech suite.
  • High self-motivation, strong time-management skills, and the drive to excel autonomously on the road.
  • Quick to master new tech products and comfortable navigating CRM databases to track pipeline activity.
