We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our growing team in Stockport, Manchester.
Position Summary
As a Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in expanding our client base while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and networking events.

Requirements
- Previous experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B Sales.
- Experience in Retail, Fashion, Tailoring, or Luxury Goods.
- UK Driving Licence (Preferred but not essential).
