Company Description
Safesoul Ltd is a health-focused service company that supports community organizations, care providers, and small businesses with practical health education and wellbeing initiatives. The company delivers health awareness programs, staff training, preventive health knowledge, and capacity-building support primarily through digital and subscription-based services. Founded to address the lack of accessible, structured health education for smaller organizations, Safesoul translates clinical and academic knowledge into everyday guidance for staff and service users. Its services include health awareness sessions, structured training plans, and educational content for teams working with older adults and vulnerable groups. Safesoul focuses on education and awareness rather than clinical treatment, emphasizing sustainability and meaningful, long-term impact.
Role Description
The Business Sales Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for driving subscription and service growth across Safesoul’s target markets. This role includes identifying and qualifying leads, conducting virtual sales calls and demos, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close. The representative will build and maintain relationships with community organizations, care providers, and small businesses, ensuring their needs are understood and matched with Safesoul’s digital health education and training offerings. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing tailored proposals, updating CRM records, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with customer feedback. The role also involves ongoing account follow-up, supporting renewals, and contributing to sales strategies and campaigns that promote preventive health and staff wellbeing services.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
