About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an individual to deliver a modern and comprehensive administrative service within the South Perthshire and Kinross Locality.
Key Responsibilities
- Be organized, detail-orientated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Be proactive and confident in seeking out information independently.
- Demonstrate strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Use own initiative to source accurate information.
- Provide a wide range of administrative support across Crieff Community Hospital and St Margaret’s Community Hospital.
- Provide cover at other locations across the locality or within the Partnership, as required.
- Work closely with members of the multidisciplinary team (MDT), liaising effectively to support service delivery and patient care.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within the wider team.
- Be comfortable working in an evolving and changing environment capable of prioritizing and managing your own workload, adapting to competing demands, and working to tight timescales.

Requirements
- Demonstrate strong organizational and IT skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have the confidence to use initiative and sound judgement when resolving day-to-day issues.
- Have confidence in using Microsoft Teams and other digital collaboration tools.
- Be comfortable working with digital systems, emerging technologies including AI.
- Achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland.
- Comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
Location
The post will be based at Crieff Community Hospital, however Auchterarder may be considered as a base for the right candidate.
Hours of Work
13 hours per week, working days and times can be negotiable for the right candidate. Our service core working hours are Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5pm. Please note that the salary scale for this post is pro rata for part-time hours.
