Summary

Are you an engaging individual who is known for their exceptional organisational skills, with a love for delivering first class support? We have just the role for you as a Business Services Co-ordinator.

No Weekend or Bank Holiday working.

To apply, please submit a Cover Letter with your CV. Interviews will be held in person at Scotney Castle on Wednesday 14th October 2026.

What It's Like To Work Here

You'll be part of a virtual and office-based team across the South East, connecting with other Business Services Coordinators within the region. Based at our regional office space on the Scotney estate you'll have the ability to work in a hybrid way, both at property and at home.

Please note that building works are planned at Scotney from late 2026 into 2027. During this time, office accommodation at Scotney will be limited and the successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly from alternative National Trust locations and from home where appropriate.

As part of this regional role, occasional travel across London and the South East will be required to attend meetings, training events and team activities.

What You'll Be Doing

Our regional Business Services team are responsible for providing a high-quality support service to colleagues across London and South East. Working with minimal supervision, you'll use your initiative to manage your own time and work packages.

Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks including office management, stakeholder support, archiving and records management, systems support, data handling, customer service, diary management and assisting with regional procurement.

We’re a flexible team that support the needs of our organisation and region so it can be a very diverse role. But no matter what you’re working on, you’ll champion best practice and confidently challenge the status quo when you think there’s a better way of doing something.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
