Business Services Coordinator
C&C Search is currently recruiting a Business Services Coordinator for a highly successful and fast-growing international organisation, based in Paddington. This Business Services Coordinator role offers exceptional exposure across travel management, events, office operations and business support, working within a collaborative and supportive team at the heart of the business.
Position Overview
- Title: Business Services Coordinator
- Contract: 12-month temporary contract
- Salary: £134.62-£154 per day + holiday pay (£35,000 - £40,000 per annum)
- Location: Fully office based, 5 days per week in Paddington, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex international travel bookings and itineraries for employees and senior stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings across the business
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of internal and external events
- Assisting with company town halls, meetings and engagement activities
- Coordinating meeting room bookings, set-up and logistics
- Managing visitor access, security passes and reception-related processes
- Organising catering requirements for meetings, events and office activities
- Maintaining office supplies, stationery and pantry management
- Supporting facilities management, suppliers and day-to-day office operations
- Partnering closely with IT and other internal teams to ensure smooth office running
- Assisting with office growth and expansion initiatives
- Acting as a professional ambassador for the organisation both internally and externally
Required Experience
- Previous experience in a Business Services Coordinator, Office Coordinator, Workplace Coordinator, Office Manager, Facilities Coordinator, Team Assistant or Operations Coordinator role
- Strong experience managing travel bookings and coordinating international travel arrangements
- Experience working within a professional corporate environment is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage at all levels
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities
- Positive, approachable and collaborative personality
- Willingness to take ownership and roll up your sleeves in a hands-on environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence asking questions when required
- Experience supporting events, meetings and office operations would be advantageous
