Business Services Manager – Top 100 Firm – City of London

This dynamic and evolving Accountancy Firm are seeking a key leader for the Business Services department. This position requires an outgoing, confident and natural leader who has proven experience leading a team of staff whilst effectively managing a portfolio of clients. They are seeking someone who can inspire and motivate a high performing team.

The Role

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors ensuring all compliance requirements are met accurately
  • Provide strong leadership, training and mentorship to team members through regular feedback
  • Demonstrate confident leadership skills, with a positive and success-driven attitude, motivating others to perform at a high level
  • Manage client WIP and oversee the billing process for portfolio
  • Proactive workload management and resource allocation
  • Involvement in regular, impactful and success-driven contributions at departmental level

The firm are seeking an ACA or ACCA qualified individual with at least 2 years’ experience at Manager level in a Business Services team.

Experience within both statutory and management accounts is essential. It would be a great benefit for an individual to have tax knowledge / experience too.
