Business Services Senior – Industry style role – Property Investment Group – Top 50 Firm
Are you a qualified Accountant looking for an industry style role within a supportive and progressive environment of a top 50 firm? Do you have an interest or passion for complex property investment clients?
This Top 50 Firm operates from modern London offices, fostering an inclusive environment that prioritises individual professional development. The practice provides tailored advisory and accounting solutions to a dynamic mix of small-to-medium privately owned businesses, partnerships, and specialised property funds.
As a Business Services Senior you will:
- Split your time between producing statutory year-end accounts and management reporting, alongside preparing initial draft tax computations
- Lead specialised financial reporting for a complex property fund client, managing complex technical accounting matters including acquisitions, refinances, disposals, and year-end audit liaison
- Drive operational efficiencies across accounting workflows by evaluating current systems and implementing innovative AI tools
- Deliver tailored advisory solutions and handle day-to-day technical queries directly for client business owners and fund managers

As the successful candidate you will:
- Be fully ACA or ACCA qualified with proven experience preparing full statutory accounts and consolidated accounts
- Possess technical proficiency in accounting software, specifically Sage and QuickBooks
- Demonstrate hands-on technical accounting experience across complex transactions such as property fund accounting, acquisitions, or refinances
