Senior Manager - Creative Clients - London

Responsibilities
- Manage and take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact for accounts, tax, and general advisory needs.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of staff, including resource allocation, performance management, and career development.
- Review financial statements, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, management accounts, and personal tax returns with precision.
- Collaborate with internal specialist teams, such as tax and payroll, to ensure coordinated and efficient service delivery.
- Oversee the complete billing process, manage work-in-progress (WIP), and monitor job budgets and deadlines.
- Lead weekly manager meetings and provide regular progress updates to the Partners.
- Implement new internal processes and leverage technology to optimise practice efficiency and workflow tracking.
- Deliver high-level advice to clients, assisting with complex financial matters, business management support, and systems implementation.

As a Senior Manager you will:
- Be ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
- Have a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience
- Have experience managing a portfolio of accounts and tax clients
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills
