Business Services Support Officer

Are you an organised, customer-focused administrator who thrives in a busy office environment? We're looking for a Business Services Support Officer to join our client to be the friendly face and operational backbone of our Cardiff office. This opportunity will be part time hours at 26 per week and they are flexible on what hours are worked, business dependant.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver a professional bilingual reception and call handling service
  • Welcome visitors and act as a key point of contact for staff and customers
  • Manage travel, accommodation, stationery and office supplies
  • Support meeting room bookings and office facilities management
  • Assist with procurement, purchasing and supplier coordination
  • Support sustainability, health & safety and business continuity initiatives
  • Help maintain records, archives and compliance documentation
  • Provide administrative support across a variety of business projects

What we're looking for:

  • Welsh Speaker
  • Experience in reception, administration or office support
  • Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Experience working in a bilingual environment
  • A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach
