Mission Critical Business Solutions Manager - Europe
Location: Europe (Flexible)
Reporting to: Director, Business Solutions
At Tait Communications, we help organisations that protect lives, critical infrastructure and communities stay connected when it matters most.
We are looking for an experienced Mission Critical Business Solutions Manager to lead some of Europe’s most strategic communications opportunities.
This role will focus on shaping and winning complex Public Safety, Government and Critical Infrastructure programmes spanning mission-critical radio, broadband, software, AI-enabled solutions and strategic partner ecosystems.
What You'll Do
- Lead the pursuit of major mission-critical communications opportunities across Europe.
- Engage customers to understand operational requirements and desired outcomes.
- Shape winning solution strategies and business cases.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Services.
- Build strategic relationships with customers and industry partners.
- Provide market insights that influence future portfolio and roadmap decisions.
About You
You will bring experience in mission-critical communications, public safety, telecommunications or critical infrastructure markets, along with a successful track record supporting complex, high-value solution pursuits. You are commercially minded, technically credible and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders across customer, partner and executive organisations.
