About the Role

This is a client-facing role. The Business Solutions Partner spends a significant portion of their time working directly with clients — helping them unlock value from Pacvue's platform, identifying the right solutions to common business needs, and helping capture field insights for the broader BSP team to structure into product feedback. It is a role for someone who is comfortable in front of customers, curious about technology, and motivated to sit at the intersection of commercial and product thinking.

The BSP builds working knowledge of Pacvue's platforms and services to support client engagements, applying established guidance and escalating more complex or custom needs to senior BSP team members. The role supports specific stages of the client lifecycle as business needs evolve, working in close collaboration with the broader BSP team and cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Technical Solutioning

  • Client engagement is a primary focus of this role. The BSP supports client and internal-team conversations by helping identify the right parts of the platform and product suite to address common business needs, escalating more complex or custom scoping to senior BSPs.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their objectives, identify gaps, and recommend established solutions across Pacvue's platform, with senior BSP support for more complex cases.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and agency teams to support client engagements and post-sales technical guidance under the direction of senior team members.
  • Communicate platform capabilities clearly to day-to-day practitioners and client teams, with senior BSPs leading conversations with senior decision-makers. Regular travel to client sites, industry events, and team meetings across EMEA is a key component of this role.
  • Support opportunities across the full funnel — from pre-sales discovery through to expansion — contributing technical support where it is needed, under guidance from senior BSPs.
  • Flag potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities for review by Sales and senior BSP team members, based on client conversations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
