Part of the Wolters Kluwer’s CP & ESG division, our award-winning CCH® Tagetik expert solution provides the strategic & financial intelligence platform that enables CFOs and their peers, in global enterprises, to propel their strategy with faster and better-informed decisions. CCH Tagetik provides a comprehensive, data-driven, AI-based CPM platform for Financial Close & Consolidation, Extended Planning including financial & operational planning, ESG and Regulatory reporting, and Corporate Tax including Global Minimum Tax. With embedded AI and state-of-the-art governance, the open and extensible platform easily connects leading operational solutions to create enterprise-wide insights, drive growth, and navigate change for our customers to gain the greatest value, today and tomorrow.
The Manager of Business Strategy & Analytics reports directly to the Vice President, Strategy, Pricing & Commercial Operations and serves as a key strategic partner in driving the growth, performance, and transformation agenda of the CCH Tagetik business.
This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of business strategy through strategic planning, market intelligence, executive reporting, business intelligence, and advanced analytics. The Manager acts as the strategic and analytical center of excellence for the business, translating market, customer, financial, and operational data into actionable insights that inform executive decision-making and accelerate business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Strategic Planning
- Support the VP in development, refinement and execution of business growth strategy.
- Lead annual strategic planning, long-range planning, operating planning and business review processes.
- Own the business operating rhythm including monthly business reviews, QBRs, strategic planning sessions, KPI governance and executive performance reporting.
- Conduct market assessments, customer segmentation, industry analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Develop strategic recommendations and business cases supporting growth initiatives and GTM priorities.
- Facilitate strategy workshops and scenario planning.
- Monitor AI, SaaS, cloud and technology trends and assess implications for business strategy.
- Define and track strategic success metrics.

Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Lead complex analyses across commercial performance, customer behavior, product adoption, pipeline performance and operational efficiency.
- Develop forecasting models, predictive analytics and scenario-planning frameworks.
- Drive adoption of business intelligence and AI-enabled analytics tools.
- Transform complex datasets into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights
- Manage structured market intelligence and competitive analysis capabilities.
- Conduct market sizing, benchmarking, customer and competitor assessments.
- Provide regular strategic briefings and recommendations to leadership.
Strategic Initiative Governance & Execution Support
- Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and develop KPI frameworks.
- Track business impact, risks, dependencies and resource requirements.
- Support governance forums and executive steering committees.
Executive Decision Support
- Prepare executive presentations, business reviews and strategic planning materials.
- Translate complex challenges into structured analyses and recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor across Sales, Product, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations.

Skills & Capabilities
- Strategic planning and growth strategy.
- Advanced analytics, forecasting and financial modelling.
- Business intelligence tools including Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software and SaaS business models.
- Executive communication and stakeholder management.
Experience Profile
- 7+ years in business strategy, strategic planning, business operations, analytics, consulting or enterprise SaaS organizations.
- Proven experience supporting executive leadership and driving data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud or subscription businesses strongly preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
