Job Description
This role will report to the Change, Adoption & Learning Senior Director and will be responsible for providing strategic business transformation advisory services to clients across complex transformation programmes. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will help organisations define their transformation vision, shape operating models, realise measurable business value, and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
Working across the full breadth of our Change, Adoption & Learning practice, you will bring together business transformation, organisational design, business analysis, change management and learning to help clients deliver sustainable outcomes. Alongside leading client engagements, you will contribute to practice development, business growth and the mentoring of our consulting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise executive stakeholders on business transformation strategy, operating model design and organisational readiness.
- Lead transformation discovery engagements, facilitating workshops to define business vision, strategic objectives and transformation roadmaps.
- Support the development of business cases, value propositions and transformation strategies aligned to client priorities.
- Design and implement benefits realisation frameworks, ensuring programmes remain focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Provide strategic oversight and assurance across transformation programmes, identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Support executive governance forums, steering committees and programme leadership teams with strategic advice and recommendations.
- Ensure Business Analysis, Change Management and Learning activities remain aligned to overall programme objectives.
- Conduct transformation maturity assessments, health checks and assurance reviews to support successful delivery.
- Shape consulting propositions and contribute to business development activities, including client presentations, bids and proposals.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a recognised advisor throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Coach and mentor consultants, managers and architects, supporting capability development across the Change, Adoption & Learning Practice.
- Contribute to thought leadership, market insights, client events and the ongoing development of our consulting methodologies.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' management consulting experience, with a strong focus on business transformation, strategy or organisational change.
- Proven experience advising executive stakeholders and C-suite leaders within complex transformation programmes.
- Demonstrable experience developing business transformation strategies, operating models and organisational design approaches.
- Strong understanding of benefits realisation, value management and transformation governance.
- Experience leading strategic discovery, envisioning or business consulting engagements.
- Experience shaping and supporting consulting sales opportunities, proposals and client presentations.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to grow client relationships.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
- Experience working across business, technology and people transformation initiatives.
- Ability to influence, challenge and build credibility with senior client stakeholders.
- Experience working within a consulting or advisory environment is essential.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled transformation, including Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies, is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams).
- An active Security Clearance is a plus.
