We are working with a well established professional services firm to recruit Business Support Administrators to join their teams in Belfast.

This is a varied and fast paced role supporting the smooth running of the office and ensuring a professional experience for clients and colleagues.

About You

  • Previous administration or client facing support experience is helpful but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner

About Your New Role

Always

  • Keep the office running smoothly and ensure workspaces are presentable and fully operational
  • Provide a professional front of house experience, including meet and greet
  • Manage client documentation, scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Support internal and external event coordination
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and general office administration
  • Maintain meeting rooms and ensure refreshments are prepared
