Job Description

About the Role

The postholder will extract, compile and present routine operational reports from SystmOne and Power BI to support the General Manager (GM), Associate Director (AD) and HUB leadership teams. They will monitor data quality, follow up with staff regarding required corrections, and ensure data standards are consistently met. The role supports performance monitoring, workflow and capacity understanding, and contributes to the development of improved data processes across the service. The postholder will work collaboratively with team leaders, senior managers and Business leads to ensure data is accurate, complete and meaningful for operational use.

This post may be based at preferred location - Chertsey, Frimley, Leatherhead or Redhill

Data Quality & Validation

  • Support accurate and complete recording of client information within SystmOne.
  • Conduct regular data quality audits and ensure data collection requirements are adhered to.
  • Identify errors, gaps or inconsistencies and follow up with teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of SystmOne data entry standards.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Extract, compile and submit monthly reports to the GM and AD.
  • Produce statistical updates and operational reports using SystmOne and Power BI.
  • Monitor performance against service KPIs and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Assist in developing new reports and analyses in response to service needs.

Operational Support

  • Run and process reports to monitor business processes, flow and treatment outcomes.
  • Support Senior Managers with new or changed data collection requirements.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, trackers and operational datasets.

Communication & Engagement

  • Provide and receive complex information, explaining data quality issues to non analytical staff.
  • Work collaboratively with team leaders and senior managers and business leads across HUBs.
  • Support training and rollout of new data standards or reporting processes.
  • Communicate timelines for reporting and comfortable chasing colleagues for missed data submission deadlines and missing quality data.
