THE ROLE

Our client is looking for Business Support Administrators to join their office in Belfast. You'll be the first face clients and visitors see, and the person who keeps the office running smoothly day to day, from front-of-house and facilities through to document management and event support. It's a varied, hands-on role that suits someone who takes real pride in creating a professional, well-run environment. You'll work closely with teams across the business, so expect variety rather than routine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver a warm, professional meet-and-greet service for all clients and visitors
  • Keep office facilities well-presented, organised, and fully operational
  • Manage client documentation and records, including scanning, filing, and compliance checks
  • Support the planning and delivery of business development and internal events
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across business lines and support teams
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare client refreshments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Maintain meeting rooms to a consistently high standard

  • Confident communicator, able to create a strong, professional first impression
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team
