Business Support Administrator (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Severnside

Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Onsite)

We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Facilitator to join our team at Severnside on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied role providing administrative and operational support across the site, helping teams deliver business objectives while driving continuous improvement.

About You

  • Previous administration experience within a busy operational environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive, proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

Experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial:

  • Purchase order processing and invoicing.
  • Payroll administration.
  • Contractor coordination.
  • SAP or similar business systems.

However, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase orders, ordering, and invoicing activities.
  • Coordinating contractor visits and site hospitality arrangements.
  • Supporting site people processes, including engagement activities and community events.
  • Managing stock control processes and ordering site consumables and sundry items.
  • Delivering site inductions and supporting onboarding activities.
  • Managing and controlling PPE stock levels.
  • Supporting payroll-related administration and employee wage processes.
  • Maintaining site communications and administrative records.
  • Coordinating agency timesheets and invoicing processes.
  • Supporting month-end activities, including process order administration.
  • Providing administrative support across multiple departments to help achieve site and business objectives.
