About Us

PNG Electrical Ltd is a growing multi-division electrical contractor based in Gorleston, Great Yarmouth. Across our three divisions - Electrical, Renewables (Solar PV, EV Chargers & Battery Storage), and Fire & Security - we deliver work to the highest standards, backed by accreditations including NAPIT, MCS, TrustMark, RECC and CHAS.

As we grow, we're looking for a switched-on, detail-driven Business Support Administrator to become the glue that holds our operations together.

The Role

No two days will look the same. You'll be at the heart of the business, working across:

  • Customer service — being the friendly, professional voice of PNG Electrical, delivering service to the highest standard every time
  • Business systems — using our systems to manage jobs, quotes, and schedules efficiently and accurately
  • Solar design support — learning to design simple solar PV systems (full training provided — no prior experience needed)
  • Compliance & procedures — following company processes to keep our accreditation standards consistently high
  • Supplier liaison — placing and chasing orders, expediting deliveries, and keeping projects moving
  • Project support — assisting across live jobs from a coordination and admin perspective

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Confident working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone/email manner
  • A genuine eye for detail
  • Adaptable, personable, and a natural team player
  • A problem-solver who can think outside the box and work independently when needed
