Business Support Administrator

GE Metalcraft is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is looking for a highly organised, proactive and adaptable Business Support Administrator to work closely with the company directors and help support the next stage of our journey.

Currently comprising two directors and three employees, we expect the team to double in size over the next 12 months as we continue investing in our people, systems, facilities, equipment and future opportunities.

This is a varied role at the heart of a small but ambitious business. You'll support the directors across finance, administration, HR, operations, and project coordination, helping build the foundations for the next stage of growth.

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is happy to get involved wherever support is needed. As a growing business, no two days are the same, and the role will evolve as the business continues to grow, creating opportunities for increased responsibility and career progression.

About GE Metalcraft

GE Metalcraft is a well-established business with a reputation for quality craftsmanship, technical expertise, and creative design. Our ambition is to evolve from a bespoke fabrication business into a design-led manufacturing and luxury outdoor living brand. As part of this vision, we plan to develop an invitation-only Showhouse and Design Estate, showcasing our products and designs in a real-world environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
