Business Support Administrator – Part-Time
Stone & Ceramic Ltd | Approximately 20 hours per week
We are looking for an organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to help maintain our Business Management System (BMS), manage document control, and provide health and safety administration and audit support.
Key responsibilities:
- Keep BMS policies, procedures, forms and registers organised and up to date.
- Manage document versions, review dates and approval records.
- Maintain health and safety records, including training, inductions, RAMS and inspection actions.
- Prepare documents and supporting evidence for internal and external audits.
- Track audit findings and follow up outstanding actions.
- Provide general administrative support to management.

About you:
You will have previous administration experience, strong attention to detail, good communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office. You should be comfortable working independently, managing deadlines and following up tasks with colleagues.

Experience with document control, health and safety administration or ISO management systems would be advantageous.
Working hours:
Approximately 20 hours per week across three or four days to be agreed at interview, with additional agreed hours during audit preparation and audit periods.
