Business Support Administrator
Location: Malvern or Leominster Office
Salary: £14.31 per hour
Hours: Days and hours to be confirmed
Reports to: Office & Facilities Manager
Age UK Wyvern is looking for an organised, friendly and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our team.
This is a varied role providing administrative support across our services, retail, office operations and occasional HR activities, helping our teams to run smoothly and effectively.
What you will be doing
- Providing general administrative support across the charity
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries
- Preparing letters, reports, spreadsheets and other documents
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Supporting our services and retail teams with day-to-day administration
- Assisting with office, facilities and occasional HR administration
- Handling confidential information appropriately

About you
You will have previous administrative or business support experience, good Microsoft Office skills and excellent organisation and communication skills. You'll be approachable, reliable and proactive, with a positive attitude and the confidence to work independently while supporting colleagues across the organisation.
