We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will perform a variety of essential business support tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing information related to finance, staffing, and customers, as well as processing orders and organising meetings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and is eager to contribute to our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Information Management: Create, manage, and manipulate data on finance, staffing, and customer interactions.
- Financial Support: Assist with financial processes, including order processing and budget monitoring.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, send out invites, and take notes during discussions.
- Data Handling: Input and manage data accurately, ensuring confidentiality where necessary.
- Customer Care: Provide excellent support to colleagues and the public, ensuring effective communication at all times.

Requirements
- Educational Background: Good literacy and numeracy skills, ideally to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- IT Proficiency: Significant experience using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Data Management: Experience in data input and management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Note-Taking Skills: Ability to take clear and concise notes during meetings.
