Business Support Administrator: Attendance and Pastoral Support
Contract term: Permanent
Hours: 36 hours per week, 9am - 5pm (includes unpaid lunch break)
Term Time Only + 10 days
Salary: GDST Regional Grade 3 – no less than £23,452 (actual pay)

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and welcoming Business Support Administrator to join our busy team and help keep the heartbeat of the school running smoothly.
In this varied, people-focused role, you’ll be a trusted first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism that make Royal High so special. You’ll support daily operations, coordinate activities, manage information and play a key part in delivering seamless communication and exceptional service across the school.

About you
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re highly organised, detail-driven and great at juggling a busy, ever-changing workload. Warm, clear communication comes naturally to you, and you enjoy building positive relationships with students, families and colleagues across the school.
Calm, professional and unflappable, you know how to prioritise, stay efficient and keep things moving even on the busiest days. You bring solid administrative experience, confidence with Microsoft Office and absolute discretion when handling sensitive information. Experience in education is a bonus, but what matters most is your commitment to exceptional service and being a dependable, proactive presence in our school community.
