An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administrator to join our Children's Directorate Team. This role is full-time, offering 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis, with the potential to become permanent. You will provide essential PA support to the Service Director of Education, Learning & Inclusion and their Senior Leadership team. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to contribute to our community!
As a Business Support Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Assistance: Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
- Diary Management: Organise and manage appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Communication Coordination: Liaise confidently with Officers, Senior Managers, and Elected Members.
- Problem Solving: Address and signpost queries effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
- Document Management: Prepare and maintain reports and correspondence with accuracy.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
- Experience: Proven experience in providing support at a senior level.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office packages.
- Educational Background: A good standard of general education, ideally with GCSEs in English and Maths.
