Are you an organised administrator with experience coordinating contractors, maintenance teams or property-related services? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping projects running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity. We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to provide vital support to a busy contracts team, ensuring work is planned, scheduled and delivered efficiently.

- Arrange equipment hire and collections
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Schedule site visits, inspections and follow-up works
- Support with project administration and documentation
- Prepare and update project paperwork.
- Handle client enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all administration is completed to a high standard
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years' administration experience within a busy administrative role
- Experience coordinating off site team members
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
