Are you ready to be a vital part of our team? As a Business Support Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to our services and schools. Your daily tasks will include preparing meeting agendas, managing finances, answering calls from schools and governors, sending emails, and assisting clerks. In This Role, You Will

  • Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes to keep everyone informed.
  • Manage financial processes, including invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with schools, governors, and team members.
  • Handle confidential information with care, adhering to GDPR guidelines.

To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office packages.
  • A good understanding of financial processes and administration.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
