Who are we looking for?

To provide operational and administrative support to the business through the effective coordination of workforce scheduling, resource planning, onboarding, vetting, and compliance activities. The role supports the delivery of client and contractual requirements while ensuring compliance with BS7858 standards, employment legislation, and Company procedures. The post holder will maintain workforce systems, support employee lifecycle processes, and provide accurate information to operational teams, contributing to high standards of service, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

You will be working Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:30pm.

What you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
  • Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure.
  • Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
  • Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards

What are you going to do:

  • Coordinate and facilitate regional SIA Licence Top-Up training/Renewals & maintain accurate records
  • Support the onboarding of new starters and TUPE-transferred employees, ensuring all activity complies with BS7858 standards
  • Maintain accurate, auditable, and confidential employee records across all relevant business systems
  • Support the wider operational team with administrative duties, including raising purchase orders, preparing letters, certificates, and associated documentation
  • Provide scheduling and administrative support to the Shift Supervisor and wider operational teams
  • Ensure staffing levels are maintained in line with contractual requirements
  • Coordinate emergency staffing requirements and resource requests
  • Notify site-based colleagues of shift allocations, locations, and start times
  • Support the management and maintenance of workforce management systems
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with operational management teams, client representatives, and support functions
  • Act as a key point of contact for site-based colleagues
  • Produce accurate and timely information, reports, and updates
  • Monitor missed check calls and other operational exceptions
