A GBP 29,848 per annum + up to A GBP 1,000 annual bonus

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Flexible Working Hours

  • 8.00am : 4.00pm
  • 8.30am : 4.30pm
  • 9.00am : 5.00pm

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Business Support Administrator to become an integral part of our commercial team.


This isn't just another administration role.

You will be at the centre of every customer's journey, making sure everything runs seamlessly from their first order through to the day they collect their new vehicle. Your organisation, communication, and attention to detail will help deliver the outstanding service that Autohorn is known for.

Duties

Every Day Brings Something Different. You Will

  • Guide customers through the administration of their new lease or vehicle changeover
  • Prepare lease agreements, quotations, and customer documentation
  • Liaise with customers, dealerships, finance providers, and suppliers
  • Keep customers updated throughout their vehicle order journey
  • Check and process licences, insurance documents, and agreements
  • Coordinate vehicle orders from quotation through to delivery
  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
  • Produce reports and provide administrative support across the commercial team
  • Help ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from start to finish

Skills And Experience

We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering a first-class service.

You'll Ideally Have

  • Previous administration or customer service experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude

Experience within automotive, leasing, or financial services would be an advantage, but it's certainly not essential. Full training will be provided.
