We have a fantastic opening for a Business Support Administrator to join our national Marketing & Communications Team, based in our Head Office in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience with a national, not-for-profit housing provider in a fast-paced office environment.

Role

As Business Support Administrator, you will be part of a fast-paced team working to multiple deadlines and different tasks, supporting the Policies, Communications and Multimedia functions of the Marketing department. Your role will include:

  • Managing information and excellent record keeping throughout the policy update process
  • Assist the Marketing Administration team with tasks such as overseeing our internal employee awards
  • Assisting the Head of Marketing & Communications with administrative tasks
  • Liaising with people we support and staff across the country, including Service Directors

We are looking for someone who is diligent, reliable and motivated. You’ll have excellent organisational skills, be able to use your initiative, analyse information and manage your time effectively. You’ll need to be confident in both verbal and written communication and maintain a high standard of customer service.

You will need to have a genuine passion for the third sector, interest in health and social care policy/provision and a commitment to our person-centred values. Continuous professional development will be provided, but you must be able to work independently, willing to work flexibly, and be motivated to the goals and changing needs of the organisation.

Previous experience in administration or within a health or social care organisation more broadly would be beneficial but not essential. You will be based at our friendly Stockport head office and travel to services when required.
