Business Support Administrator

Location: Northampton, NN4 7SG

Hours of work: 40

Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking a highly organised Business Support Administrator to support the Campus Lead and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by bridging the gap between an administrator and an administrative assistant.

This is a brand new role focused on removing administrative burden from senior leaders, enabling them to work more strategically and operationally across the business.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can operate as a trusted extension of leadership, delivering high-quality business, administrative, and coordination support across the campus.

The role is primarily office-based within the Co-Space and involves minimal client contact while ensuring strong governance, clear communication, and effective operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate campus governance cadence (daily, weekly, and monthly), ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
  • Manage SLT calendars, meeting coordination, and room bookings to maintain an effective leadership rhythm.
  • Maintain Campus Review processes and Action Tracker, ensuring accountability and visibility.
  • Support daily operational activity and track associated actions.
  • Prepare and coordinate business review packs and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Track and manage client and stakeholder requests, ensuring timely response and closure.
  • Maintain performance trackers and ensure departments provide accurate and timely updates.
  • Produce presentations based on provided data using PowerPoint and other MS Office tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
