The Role
Almac Group is currently seeking a Business Support Analyst for our main headquarters in Craigavon.
The Business Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the Business Analyst with driving the discovery, design, and delivery of digital solutions that align with Almac’s strategic goals. The Business Support Analyst will support and lead requirements analysis, facilitate stakeholder engagement, support testing, and business readiness, and ensure continuous improvement of digital products and services. Additionally, the Business Support Analyst will provide support for assigned products and digital solutions.

Requirements & Design
- Support Business Analyst in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business user requirements alongside system design requirements for large-scale projects.
- Lead analyzing, and documenting business user requirements alongside system design requirements for small/medium-scale projects.
- Ensure requirements are complete, feasible, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution design meets business needs.

Product & Solution Delivery
- Writing and executing PQ/UAT tests; track and resolve defects.
- Delivering assigned business readiness activities including training (ELC’s), internal and external communications, SOP update coordination as required.
Product Ownership & Support
- Support management and prioritization of product backlogs.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned products.
- Where necessary, support issue resolution, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned products, analyze trends, and collaborate with business and customer stakeholders to propose and implement actions for improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- Have eligibility to work in the UK/IE OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full-time employment in the UK/IE
- Degree level qualification (or equivalent)
- OR-
- Experience performing or supporting business and requirements analysis for software solutions within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries.
- Experience supporting product development
- Experience communicating and managing deliverables from product initiation through to delivery.
- Experience working in a multi-team environment with ability to meet milestones

Working Pattern
This role will be based on a flex working pattern. This means your core hours of work is 10.00 – 16.00 based on 37.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday. You will also be eligible to apply for hybrid working in this role (T&C’s apply).
