Apprenticeship Opportunity

This is an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to start their career in a professional business environment. The apprentice plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, providing administrative and customer service support across the organisation.

What you'll do at work:

  • Operating the company switchboard, directing calls professionally and efficiently
  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring a warm, professional front-of-house experience
  • Supporting general office administration and housekeeping duties
  • Assisting with diary management and meeting room coordination
  • Maintaining and updating the client database/CRM system
  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of company events
  • Providing administrative support to internal departments as required
  • Helping to ensure a consistently high-quality client experience across all interactions
  • Supporting the wider team in maintaining a positive, collaborative working environment

Essential qualifications:

  • GCSE in:
    • English (grade 4)
    • Maths (grade 4)
