We are looking for a Business Support Apprentice to join our team and develop a broad range of business administration, coordination and communication skills while supporting colleagues across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and eager to learn within a growing international business.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Support Apprentice, you will gain valuable experience across multiple areas of the business, working closely with teams and senior stakeholders to help keep our operations running smoothly. No two days will be the same, developing valuable skills and experience that will support your future career and professional growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the planning & delivery of customer and employee events.
  • Assisting with company communications, newsletters and social media activity.
  • Providing administration support for meetings, senior leaders and business projects.
  • Maintaining records, updating systems and carrying out general business administration tasks.
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation and related documentations for internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and ready to learn, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Be a strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
  • Confident of working with a range of people across the business.
