We're looking for a Business Support Apprentice to join our team at Howarths. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across administration, customer service, events and business operations while learning from experienced professionals.

No two days are the same. You'll support different teams across the business, help deliver a great experience for our clients, and build valuable skills that will support your future career.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering and directing calls
  • Greeting visitors and creating a positive first impression
  • Supporting day-to-day office administration
  • Assisting with diary management and meeting room bookings
  • Updating our client database and systems
  • Helping organise company events and activities
  • Providing support to different departments across the business

Pay & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: Apprenticeship rate (to be confirmed)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
  • Pension Scheme: Salary sacrifice scheme
  • Other benefits: Death in Service and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
