Job Description
Overview
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Engineering Teams in the UK and the Middle East. This role involves maintaining Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality systems, processing enquiries, and managing orders. The apprentice will also handle logistics such as booking travel and maintaining compliance databases.

- Process enquiries, quotations, and orders
- Maintain compliance databases (RISQS, UVDB)

- Book hotels and flights for Engineers & Technicians
- Order and maintain PPE and materials

What You'll Learn
Course Contents
- Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation to: write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data.
- Produces accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals.
- Exercises proactivity and good judgement.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation.
- Demonstrates good communication skills.
- Completes tasks to a high standard.
- Takes responsibility for initiating and completing tasks, manages priorities and time in order to successfully meet deadlines.
- Uses relevant project management principles and tools to scope, plan, monitor and report.

Training Schedule
- Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice.
- The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job activities and training.
- On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the workplace.
