Are you a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive Business Support Professional with a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of a business?

Would you like to contribute to the continued success of the largest family-owned Whisky distillery in the world, responsible for iconic brands including: Glenfiddich, The Balvenie, Hendricks Gin, and Monkey Shoulder. If you answered yes to the previous questions, then this opportunity could be for you.

William Grant & Sons are looking for a Business Support Assistant to join our established Business Support team, in the Global Marketing Team based in Richmond.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build strong professional relationships with our Global Marketing Leadership team.
  • Own effective diary management, book frequent local and international travel.
  • Organise engaging off-site events for our business teams.
  • Support with general administrative tasks.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Enjoy working with people and value building strong professional relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Ideally, have experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders.

This is a part-time role based on 25 hours.
