We are looking for a proactive Business Support Assistant to join Pick Everard's busy London office on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, and progress on your career journey within a National Construction Consultancy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of administrative, clerical, and technical support to the office teams in London. You will be our front line contact who will be responsible for meeting and greeting external and internal clients to the office, providing a warm, professional greeting on their arrival.

Some of the duties include:

  • Monitoring the local office inbox
  • Taking shared responsibility for travel and accommodation bookings
  • Assisting meetings and taking minutes
  • Organising fundraising and charity events
  • Playing a part in the rolling switchboard process where you will be undertaking telephone switchboard and reception duties

Our ideal Business Support Assistant must have:

  • At least 5 GCSE’s at C level or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical ability in using MS Office software (Word, Excel, and Power-Point) and other appropriate packages
  • Great organisational skills
  • Administrative/PA experience
  • The ability to manage your own time and complete multiple tasks to deadlines
  • Great communication skills
