Business Support Assistant
We are a growing organisation and as we continue to expand reliable administration is increasingly important to good governance, effective management and consistent services. This post will provide organisation-wide support to ensure that we are able to meet those increasing demands. The role will help meetings run well, records remain accurate, deadlines are visible and routine processes are followed. It will also give managers, trustees, staff and volunteers dependable practical support so they can focus on their own responsibilities.
The Business Support Assistant will provide accurate, timely and well-organised administrative support across Citizens Advice North East Derbyshire. You will work closely with the Business Manager and provide agreed support to the CEOs, managers, trustees, staff and volunteers. This is a varied role. It combines meeting and governance administration, records and document control, recruitment and people-process support, communications and basic data work.
