Business Support Assistant

Role: Full-time, permanent

Location: Stockley Park, West London

Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits


This role will be based on site in Stockley Park 5 days per week

The Role:

The Business Support Assistant plays a vital role in supporting business operations by delivering high-quality administrative, coordination, and customer service support. Working closely with members of the Executive Team across the organisation, they help manage processes, maintain accurate records, coordinate communications, and ensure the efficient delivery of day-to-day activities.

  • Calendar management for the executive team
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation (Preparing itineraries and travel packs for executive team and their guests if required)
  • Processing expenses for the executive and the leadership team
  • Processing vendor payments in a timely manner
  • Liaising with business units to provide the best administrative support to the executive and leadership team
  • Circulating necessary communications/documentation in a timely manner
  • Providing cover and support for other Business Support team members over both sites (Stockley Park & Harrow)
  • Coordinating office management tasks if and when required

The Person:

  • Educated to GCSE/O’Level standard or equivalent with passes of Grade C or above in English Language and Mathematics
  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Excellent administration skills including organizing meetings across multiple time zones, calendar management
  • Excellent literacy skills
  • Well organised with a proactive approach
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
