Business Support Co-ordinator

Salary: £28,153 - £29,542 pro rata

Hours per week: 24 hours

Rolling advert: We are continuously reviewing and interviewing applicants weekly for this job posting. We will stop accepting applications when sufficient applications have been received.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Business Support Co-ordinator to help ensure the smooth operation of this important service. Working closely with managers, health partners and social care professionals, you will coordinate CHC panels, multidisciplinary meetings and reviews, prepare agendas and minutes, monitor actions, and maintain key performance and funding information that supports effective decision-making.

Continuing Health Care (CHC) Team supports adults with complex and long-term needs across the county, helping identify and assess eligibility for NHS Continuing Healthcare funding. Working closely with health and social care partners, the team provides specialist advice on funding, eligibility and care planning, ensuring coordinated support that promotes independence and appropriate care provision.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will take the lead on a range of business support functions, including performance reporting, budget monitoring, recruitment coordination, absence and annual leave tracking, IT system liaison, and the administration of joint funding and review processes. You will also play a key role in ensuring health and safety compliance, supporting office induction arrangements, and helping managers keep up to date with policies, procedures and service improvements.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the confidence to work independently while building positive relationships across teams. If you enjoy managing competing priorities, analysing information and helping services run effectively behind the scenes, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a team that helps ensure people receive the right care and support when they need it most. Apply today and help us make a difference through exceptional business support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
