  • Salary: £32,937
  • Duration: 12 Month FTC
  • Benefits: Company car, 25 days holiday, 3 x life assurance policy, 5% pension
  • Location: Can be based at any SUEZ UK site, travel to other sites is required on an adhoc basis so a UK Drivers License is required

About The Role

What will I be doing as a Business Support Coordinator?

This position is pivotal in the support of our existing Municipal contracts for our in-cab technology solution. You will form a stable platform between the Municipal contracts/clients and suppliers to ensure all areas of fixes/development/testing is carried out to a very high standard.

The Business Support Co-ordinator will assist on various projects on In-cab technology, and on occasions take a lead. This will involve ensuring all areas of implementation is carried out in accordance to the specification.

As part of the role, developing/documenting bespoke training material will be required. It is then the intention that you will deliver all training to various stakeholders within the business (ranging from manual operatives to Contract Managers).

You will ensure that all operational functionality and understanding of our systems is running smoothly in a live environment.

To work alongside colleagues in Business operations to provide process and applications expertise for both day-to-day operations.

Troubleshooting problems in operational process and finding solutions that enable the business to provide a quality service.

What are the requirements? (experience and qualifications)

  • Experience customer facing skills via phone and email. In particular, the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical customers at all levels of the business.
  • Strong leadership skills including coaching and training
  • Good process Management skills
  • Strong team working skills
  • High quality written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Good skills in influencing methods and techniques particularly in relation to change management
  • Experience of testing and implementing software into a controlled environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications to enable production of reports and project plans
  • Ability to build relationships for information on solving problems, both internally and externally
  • Good understanding of the key success factors and input criteria behind implementation of new software/technology. Excellent written & communication skills, Computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, project),
  • A sound understanding of waste management legislation and the functional implications for Suez core application
  • Clear understanding of compliance required when training new/existing users on technology/software
  • Experience of working with customers and stakeholders to deliver efficiencies and savings. Constantly reviewing how to manage expectations, maximising customer loyalty and profit levels.
  • Open communication skills. Experience of engaging and communicating with employees to ensure training and implementation is successful.
