Society Matters CIC is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Support Coach to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in business development, employer engagement, account management, business support or one-to-one business coaching to make a practical difference to employers and their employees.
What You'll Be Doing
As Business Support Coach, you will identify, recruit and support employers to improve employee financial wellbeing and reduce in-work poverty. You will build strong relationships with employers, from initial engagement and onboarding through to tailored business support, coaching and practical workplace improvements.

You will work closely with colleagues, including data specialists, to help employers understand employee consultation findings and turn evidence into practical action. You will also maintain accurate records, monitor progress and contribute to programme reporting and the achievement of agreed targets.
What We're Looking For
You will bring proven experience in business development, employer engagement or account management, including generating leads and securing organisational participation. You will be comfortable providing tailored business support or coaching, working with senior leaders and translating workplace challenges and data into practical solutions.
