The Vacancy

RSK are looking to recruit a Business Support Consultant - Frameworks & Opportunities to join the Sales Support Team based in their offices in Helsby, Cheshire.

We are ideally looking for someone to work part time 32 hours per week, however full time (40 hours) will also be considered. The role will be hybrid working, where a mixture of home and office work will be required.

Previous administrative experience will be an advantage. You will need to have a confident telephone and email manner and be able to multi-task comfortably. You will collaborate closely with Directors and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

As part of the Sales Support Team but working closely with the Business Development Consultants:

  • Distribute frameworks and opportunities throughout RSK
  • Record keeping of all distributed frameworks and opportunities onto a central CRM system.
  • Chase feedback from frameworks and opportunities to record where each one is up to.
  • Actively maintain information, keeping track of all frameworks RSK has been awarded onto.
  • Keep up to date with RSK’s developing range of services to ensure advantage is taken of all opportunities.
  • Maintaining an organised Inbox both for frameworks and opportunities. Every email is to be distributed or replied to in a timely manner.
  • Provide sales support to the Business Development Directors as and when needed.
  • Consult with the prequalification support team to ensure e-portal profiles are up-to-date and accurately reflect the services offered to ensure maximisation of opportunities.

Person Specification:

  • Excellent organisation and time efficiency skills
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail is paramount
  • Always keeps a professional manner.
  • Proactive, positive attitude and willing to learn new skills
  • Fully competent using MS Office, MS Teams, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and the internet for research.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
