You’ll provide a high-quality internal support service across operational and office-based activities, working closely with teams including Facilities, Health & Safety, Compliance and Procurement. As part of a centralised service, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the UK to balance priorities, share expertise and deliver a consistent experience.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, resolving complex requests and finding practical solutions. You’ll help keep our offices operating safely and effectively, while supporting evolving business needs and new ways of working.

Your Impact in this position

You’ll be a trusted point of support, confidently managing complex or sensitive requests and knowing when escalation is needed. Your work will range from office and compliance checks to IT asset monitoring, procedural documentation and supporting larger operational initiatives.

You’ll champion continuous improvement, encourage positive change and help colleagues understand new processes and technologies. You’ll also contribute to consistent best practice across our UK operations, while remaining responsive to local requirements and changing priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
